Police are appealing for help following an incident where a police community support officer was knocked off his bicycle by e-bike riders in Doncaster.

This happened on February 26 at about 4.40pm when the PCSO was patrolling Princess Avenue in the Stainforth area.

As the officer approached Junction Road, it is alleged that three riders on e-bikes forced him from his bike, resulting in a fall, which didn't result in injury.

Anyone who saw what happened, or who has information, is being urged to contact South Yorkshire Police on 101.
