Rotherham United signs midfielder Ossama Ashley on one-year deal
The ex-Salford City man joins Millers ahead of the new season
Rotherham United has confirmed the signing of Salford City midfielder Ossama Ashley on a one-year contract.
Ashley becomes the club's third signing of the summer, joining Fabio Tavares and Aaron Nemane, as Rotherham continues its efforts to rebuild the squad for the 2026/27 campaign.
The 26-year-old is already well known to Head Coach Alex Bruce from his previous work at Salford.
Last season Ashley made 19 appearances for Salford and 36 the season before, having signed from Colchester United.
Ashley spent his early career years in the academies at Fulham and AFC Wimbledon, where he debuted as a senior player before catching the attention of West Ham United.
