Man charged with breach of restraining order against Hampshire PCC

He is also charged with harassment without violence against a second victim

A Southsea man has been charged with breaching a restraining order and harassment without violence.

Robert Hood, a 59-year-old resident of Kingsley Road, is facing one offence of breaching a restraining order against Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner Donna Jones.

He is also charged with harassment without violence against a second victim.

These charges relate to incidents that occurred between 23rd March and 22nd April.

Hood is set to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court, where he has been remanded to attend on Friday 24th April.
