Portsmouth man jailed for three years for drugs offences
Neil Heath pleaded guilty to all charges at Portsmouth Crown Court.
A man has been jailed for three years after police found class A drugs and cash in his car in Havant.
Officers stopped a white Citroen Berlingo at the KFC on Park Way. The occupants began to act suspiciously. A search of the car found a quantity of Class A drugs in both the front and rear of the vehicle.
42-year-old Neil Heath was also searched and a small amount of suspected Class A drugs and cash were found on him.
A search of his home resulted in drugs of both Class A and B being found, as well as drug paraphernalia and a large quantity of cash.
Heath was arrested and later charged with possessing a controlled Class A drug with intent to supply, possessing a controlled drug of Class B drug with intent to supply and possessing criminal property.
Heath, 42, of Byerley Road in Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to all charges at Portsmouth Crown Court on 25th July. He was sentenced to three years in prison.
