Three children hurt in car crash near Bridgnorth

Police request witnesses following A458 collision

Police are seeking witnesses after three children were injured in a car crash near Bridgnorth.

Two cars collided on the A458 at Morville around 2:40pm on Tuesday, 17th February.

A passenger from one of the cars, a child, suffered serious injuries in the crash.

Two other children in the same car, along with the driver, sustained minor injuries.

All were hospitalized for treatment.

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving with excess drugs.

Police are asking anyone who saw a black BMW driving dangerously on the A458 towards Bridgnorth at the time of the crash to come forward.
