Abubakar Saleem, of Victoria Avenue, Wellington in Telford was charged yesterday (14 November).
The charges are in relation to an incident in Telford on Saturday evening (8 November).
The 21-year-old is set to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (Saturday 15 November).
