A man and woman have been sentenced after heroin with a street value of around £100k was discovered at a house in Ludlow.
Officers received reports from concerned residents that the house, on Rocks Green Crescent, was being used for supplying drugs in February 2025.
After a drugs warrant was obtained, officers found two blocks of heroin hidden inside a handbag, £2800 worth of cocaine, £2700 in cash, two axes and mobile phones linked to drug dealing.
A man and woman were arrested and have since been sentenced.
42-year-old Ryan Preece has been sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply (cocaine), being concerned in the supply of cocaine and heroin and acquiring criminal property.
47-year-old Caroline Bradley was given a one week sentence after pleading guilty to permitting the use of her premises for the supply of cocaine.
She was released however, because of the time she served on remand.
