Man dies in Dudley house fire

A man has died in a house fire in Dudley yesterday afternoon (2nd January).

Emergency services were called out to the fire on Green Park Road at 5.14pm.

A man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three other people were outside the property and were treated by medics.

One man was taken to hospital for suspected smoke inhalation.

A woman was also treated for smoke inhalation but didn't want to go to hospital, and another was assessed but didn't require any treatment.
