Five charged after County Lines warrants
They were carried out yesterday
Five men have been charged, after warrants carried out by the County Lines Taskforce.
The County Lines officers carried them out, across five addresses in Dudley and Sandwell yesterday (Tuesday), as part of their investigation into the 'Dappa' drugs line.
After searches of the addresses, officers recovered more than £35,000 in cash, mobile phones, believed to be linked to drug dealing, knives and imitation firearms, along with ammunition.
Five men were arrested and they have all been charged, with the following offences:
Nafees Rashid, 25, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and concerned in the supply of heroin.
Mohammed Yasser Khan, 23, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and concerned in the supply of heroin, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, and possession of criminal property.
Ayaiz Shafiq, 18, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and concerned in the supply of heroin.
Alex Rennie, 38, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and concerned in the supply of heroin, possession of ammunition without a certificate, and possession of component parts of ammunition with intent to manufacture.
Alex Nock, 37, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and concerned in the supply of heroin.
All five men were remanded in custody to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today.
