Most children in Rutland are getting their first choice of secondary school this September.

The council says more than 93% of families have secured their top pick, with every child offered a place for the new school year.

Catmose College and Uppingham Community College are both oversubscribed and will run waiting lists.

Parents are being reminded to reply to their offer.
