Woman arrested after death of baby in Plymouth
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the baby's death
A woman has been arrested after the death of a baby in Plymouth.
Police were called to the area of Charles Darwin Road and Pembroke Street at around 7:30pm on Monday 27th April after concerns were raised about the child.
The baby was confirmed dead at the scene.
A woman in her 30s has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect and is currently in police custody.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the baby's death.
