Police issue appeal for information after arson incident in Oxford

An appeal has been launched after arson was carried out in Oxford.

Between 11.10pm and 11.35pm on Wednesday, a 5G mast close to the dual carriageway of the Eastern Bypass was set on fire.

No one was injured during this incident.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Francesca Maurice-Williams, said: “I am appealing for witnesses to this incident that we believe is Arson.

“I would ask that anyone who was in or near to the area this took place, to please get in touch with us if you saw anything or have any information.
