Police appeal for witnesses after report of indecent exposure in Oxford

Thames Valley Police are investigating a report of indecent exposure in Oxford.

At around 7pm on Friday 10 April, a man was seen lying on a bench in Goose Green, Wolvercote, touching himself inappropriately.

Police described him as approximately 5ft 8ins tall, with black hair and facial hair.
