New managing director poised to lead Enterprise Oxfordshire's next chapter
Paula Mullin set to drive economic growth and innovation in the county
Enterprise Oxfordshire has announced the appointment of Paula Mullin as its new managing director, marking an exciting new phase for the organisation.
Joining in September, Mullin brings extensive leadership experience from both the private and public sectors, succeeding Interim Managing Director Nick Glover.
She will lead a team of over 30 individuals, delivering a range of business, skills, investment, and trade support services to maximise Oxfordshire's economic potential sustainably and inclusively.
Mullin's career includes roles in international expansion at a global luxury brand, Acting Chief Executive at Midlands Engine, and strategic leadership at Nottinghamshire County Council.
Speaking on her appointment, Mullin expressed enthusiasm for converting Oxfordshire's strengths into growth opportunities, emphasising collaboration, prioritisation, and effective delivery.
Her appointment follows the recruitment of Dr Alex Reip as Chair of the Board, who praised Mullin's unique experiences as vital to Enterprise Oxfordshire’s needs during a critical economic period.
Cllr Laura Gordon of Oxfordshire County Council highlighted Mullin's role in ensuring that the benefits of economic growth reach all communities within the county.
