Man charged after high-value robbery in Oxford

A man has been charged in connection with an investigation into a high-value robbery in Oxford.
Abdul Malik Cali, 24, of no fixed abode, was arrested by officers at Heathrow Airport yesterday (16 December) and has been charged with five counts of conspiracy to commit robbery.
A Richard Mille watch and phones were stolen from two men and three women travelling in a car from Oxford to London on 4 November.
One of the victims was also forced to transfer £1.5million of crypto currency from their account.
Cali appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today (17 December) and has been remanded into custody until his next court hearing, which will take place at Oxford Crown Court on January 16 2026.
Five other people have been arrested and remain on police bail.
