Appeal following serious road traffic collision in Nuneham Courtenay

A man has been left with serious injuries

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious injury road traffic collision on the A4074, in Nuneham Courtenay.

A white motorcycle was driving along the A4074 towards Oxford when it collided with a red car that was turning onto the road on Friday 27 February at around 6:15pm.

The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his thirties sustained serious injuries, though not life-threatening. He has been discharged from hospital.

Investigating officer PC Charlie Powell, of the Roads Policing Unit, said:

“Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances of this incident which has left a man with serious injuries.

“I am appealing for any witnesses to please come forward and ask any drivers who were in the area at the time and have dashcam footage to review it, as it may contain important information about the collision or the moments leading up to it.”
