Witnesses sought after welfare concerns in Kettering's Grafton Street

Police are seeking witnesses following an incident on Grafton Street in Kettering related to welfare concerns.

This incident occurred between 12pm and 1pm on 26th July when an unidentified man and woman were reportedly seen in a potential state of undress.

The man is described as a tall white male with short brown hair and a brown beard, dressed in blue jeans and a baby blue buttoned shirt, and carrying a sleeping bag and pillow.

The woman is described as white with slim build and brown wavy hair, wearing a baby pink jumper with white dots, baby blue jeans, and carrying a white blanket.

Northamptonshire Police urge anyone with information to contact them at 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111.
