Witness appeal after serious collision in Raunds

Police officers are appealing for witnesses, after a serious road traffic collision in Raunds.

The collision happened at about 4.40pm yesterday (Monday, August 24), on Marshalls Road and involved the rider of a Sur-Ron e-bike and the driver of a blue Ford Kuga car.

The rider of the e-bike, a man in his teens, suffered serious injuries and was taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for treatment.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have seen either vehicle travelling in the area, prior to the incident. They are particularly keen to hear from anyone with relevant dash cam, CCTV, or doorbell footage.
