Police are urging potential victims and witnesses to come forward following reports of inappropriate behaviour in Northampton.

The alleged incidents took place in the Market Square area between Friday, 1st May, and Tuesday, 9th June, near local food vans.

A 59-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of two counts of sexual assault but has been released on conditional bail as investigations continue.

Officers are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who believes they might have experienced similar behaviour or seen anything relevant during this period.
