Police appeal after woman assaulted in Corby

Officers are appealing for witnesses after a woman in her 30s was attacked in Highbrook, Corby, sustaining facial injuries.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted during an altercation in Highbrook, Corby.

The incident happened between 6pm and 10pm on Thursday, July 17, when a confrontation involving up to four women resulted in a woman in her 30s being struck with a stick and a vape. She sustained facial injuries and bruising.

The suspects are described as white women of slim build. Two were believed to be in their late teens to early 20s. One had dark-coloured hair, while another wore a light-coloured top with brown leggings. A third was described as wearing a tight brown playsuit.

Northamptonshire Police are now asking anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have information that could help identify those involved, to come forward.
