Pedestrian seriously injured in Wellingborough car collision

Police seek witnesses and footage after Thursday crash

A pedestrian in his 50s was seriously hurt following a collision involving a grey Peugeot 3008 car in Wellingborough.

The incident happened at about 9.05am on Thursday, 11th December, at the junction of Shelley Road and Sassoon Close.

The man was taken to University Hospital Coventry with serious injuries.

Officers from Northamptonshire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are asking anyone with CCTV, doorbell or dash cam footage of the collision to come forward.
