A woman has been arrested following the death of a man in Raunds.
Shortly after 3.40pm yesterday (Wednesday, October 8), Northamptonshire Police received a report from the ambulance service of the sudden death of a man in his 70s in Brook Street.
A 38-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody today (Thursday, October 9).
Enquiries into the circumstances of the man’s death are ongoing, and anyone with information which could assist is asked to contact Northamptonshire Police.
