Man arrested after e-scooter hits child in Northampton
A five year old boy suffered serious injuries
A man has been arrested after a serious crash involving an e-scooter and a young boy on a bicycle in Northampton.
The collision happened at 6:15pm on the 5th of May on Greenfield Avenue.
The five year old boy was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
On Sunday (10 May) a 33 year old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Police are asking anyone who saw what happened or who has dash-cam footage to get in touch.
