Vegan Market promises ‘something for everyone’ in Kettering
Annual one‑day event brings food, crafts and live music to the town centre
The Vegan Market is returning to Kettering today, with the town’s Market Place hosting a range of stalls selling food, cosmetics and handmade goods.
Organisers say the event is open to everyone and aims to showcase the variety available within vegan and plant‑based products.
The Kettering Vegan Market, which was established in 2021, takes place just once a year and is expected to feature up to 25 stalls. These include vegan street food vendors, artisan bakers, ethical jewellery makers, local artists and environmental charities.
Live music will also form part of the day, as the Market Place is transformed into a festival‑style setting.
The event is being delivered in partnership with Kettering Town Council, which has supported it through a local marketing campaign. Organisers say this has helped attract strong visitor numbers in previous years.
Kettering Town Council says the event is open to everyone, not just those who follow a plant‑based diet. In a statement, it said: “Whether you’re vegan, curious about plant‑based living, or simply enjoy good food and handmade goods, there’s something for everyone.”
The vegan market is one of several specialist markets planned for Kettering over the course of the year.
