Driver killed in collision near Wellingborough

Police are investigating after a fatal collision in Wollaston, near Wellingborough.

The driver, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he later sadly died.

The collision happened at about 4.35am on Saturday (8 August) in Hardwater Road where a black Mini was in collision with a bridge parapet.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or captured footage on a dash-cam.
