NE Youth celebrates young people, youth workers & volunteers at their Impact Awards 2025

NE Youth brought together almost 400 young people, members, supporters, sponsors, and guests for their annual Impact Awards celebration at The Grand Hotel, Gosforth Park.
The evening was a vibrant celebration of the incredible organisations and individuals that make up the NE Youth network. The energy, passion, and excitement in the room was palpable.
Hosting the night were three brilliant young people from PAC – (Peer Action Collective) Penny, Lucy and Arthur did a great job ensuring the evening ran smoothly and everyone had a laugh!
Guests were treated to outstanding performances from talented young people across the region, including MK Diamonds Cheerleaders, Room 14 DofE Band, and Jack McQuillan, all of which brought the house down with their energy.
In total there were over 140 nominations for 14 awards!
Highlights included: Youth Worker of the Year won by Thomas Stoneman from Stepney Bank Stables and Young Volunteer of the Year: Jannah Rahman Rehman – Projects 4 Change

All nominees were truly exceptional, making it an incredibly tough job for the judges to select the winners.
These events cant happen without support - David Gray Solicitors, Point North and Pale Fountain were just three of the sponsors on the night.
The Impact Awards once again showcased the amazing talent, dedication, and community spirit that defines NE Youth and its network.
