A teenager has denied being involved in a brawl on Primrose Hill in which a filmmaking student was killed.

On Wednesday, Khalid Abdulqadir, 18, pleaded not guilty to offences linked to events at the popular north London park on April 7.

He is charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent to another alleged victim, violent disorder and possession of a knife.

Three other men have previously pleaded not guilty to the murder of 21-year-old Finbar Sullivan.

He was allegedly kicked, punched and fatally stabbed during the fight involving young males.

Following his plea hearing at the Old Bailey, Abdulqadir, from Camden, north London, was remanded into custody ahead of his trial with the other defendants on January 5 next year.

Mr Sullivan, known as Fin by his friends, was a student at the London Screen Academy.

According to his father, he had gone to Primrose Hill to test a new camera he got for his birthday.
