Serving Metropolitan Police officer charged with number of sexual offences
PC Mahad Abdalla is accused of a number of offences against a woman including rape.
A serving Metropolitan Police officer has been charged with a number of sexual offences including rape according to the police force.
28-year-old PC Mahad Abdalla is accused 6 offences, including sexual assault and intentional strangulation of a woman allegedly known to the officer.
The Met says Abdalla was arrested on the 14th of May 2024 following an investigation lead by the North West Public Prosecution unit. The victim is being supported by specialist officers.
Abdalla has been suspended from duty, and will appear at Willesden Magistrates Court on Friday.
