Man charged after burglary at Shepherd’s Bush jeweller

Police investigation continues as suspects remain at large

A 33-year-old man has been charged following a burglary at a jeweller’s shop on Uxbridge Road, Shepherd’s Bush in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Thieves reportedly used tools to smash through security shutters and steal high-value jewellery during the raid, which took place at 03:31hrs on 29th January.

Jason Daley, of Priory Park Road, Brent, was detained by officers at the scene before being taken into custody. He has since been charged with burglary and criminal damage and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today, 30th January.

Police appeal for information

A number of other suspects, who fled the scene on mopeds, remain at large and police have launched an investigation to locate them.

Anyone with information, CCTV, or dash cam footage related to the incident is urged to contact police on 101 or online, quoting reference 732/29JAN26.
