The Queensway Tunnel has closed following a serious crash on the Birkenhead to Liverpool carriageway.
Merseyside Police said emergency services were contacted at just before 1.05pm on Tuesday 11th August 2026.
The force said the crash involved one vehicle, an off-road bike.
Motorists have been advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
Merseyside Police said further updates would be issued when available.
