Man to appear in court for allegedly damaging Roman wall in Lincoln

It's alleged he damaged the historic wall at City Hall

A 46-year-old man is due in court charged with causing criminal damage to a Roman wall in Lincoln.

Jason James, currently an inmate at HMP Lincoln, is accused of damaging the historic wall at City Hall in Lincoln on 24th August 2025.

James is set to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on 12th March 2026.
