A "dangerous" man from Spalding who stalked a woman using a number of fake social media accounts on different phones has been jailed for two-and-a-half years.

40-year-old Richard Dale, of Pinchbeck Road, pleaded guilty to stalking without fear of violence.

He also admitted breaching a stalking prevention order against a different woman.

The court heard how Dale bombarded his victim with messages from various fake accounts throughout 2025.

Leading investigating officer, PC Hannah Edwards, called Dale a "dangerous man".

She said: “No one should feel like they need to look over their shoulder as they walk down the street, or worse feel anxious inside their own home.

“Dale’s actions had a massive impact, and his behaviour is completely unacceptable.

“I’d like to pay tribute to the victim at the heart of this investigation, for their courage and cooperation with the police."
