RAF Waddington and RAF Cranwell to support Exercise COBRA WARRIOR
Increased aircraft activity expected during multinational training
RAF Waddington and RAF Cranwell are set to support Exercise COBRA WARRIOR in the coming weeks, one of the Royal Air Force’s largest multinational training exercises.
During this period, residents may observe increased aircraft activity and experience heightened noise levels in the local area.
This essential training aims to ensure that UK and allied personnel are adequately prepared to operate together effectively in future operations.
The exercise plays a crucial role in enhancing collaboration and operational readiness among participating nations.
Officials acknowledge the potential impact this may have on local communities and express gratitude for the continued patience, understanding, and support of residents during this time.
Communities are encouraged to bear with the temporary disruptions as the exercise progresses, recognising its significance for the preparedness of UK and allied forces.
