Three charged with murder after Market Rasen stabbing death
A fourth person faces weapon-related charges following the death of Danny Fowler
Three people have been charged with murder following the death of 37-year-old Danny Fowler in Market Rasen.
A fourth man has been charged with threatening with an offensive weapon in a public place.
Detectives from the Major Crime Unit submitted a case file to the Crown Prosecution Service, leading to charges being authorised against the individuals involved.
Those charged with murder are Ryan Townhill, 29, of no fixed address; Martin Doocey, 55, of Waverley Court, Queen Street, Market Rasen; and Shannon Doocey, 31, also of Market Rasen.
Furthermore, Shannon Doocey faces charges of having an offensive weapon in a public place, and Townhill faces charges of carrying a bladed article.
Joshua Wood, 23, of Malvern Road, Scunthorpe, has been charged with threatening with an offensive weapon in a public place.
All four individuals are set to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on 16th March after being remanded in custody.
A 26-year-old woman has been released on conditional bail as investigations continue.
Danny Fowler died from injuries sustained from multiple stab wounds on 12th March on Union Street, Market Rasen.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities continue to urge witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
