Man summoned to court after fatal collision at Welton Le Marsh

A 35 year-old man has been summonsed to court, after the death of another worker at a yard.

Robert Garfoot, of Charles Wright Court, Mablethorpe, is accused of causing death by careless driving.

The summons comes after an investigation into a collision at the site of Welton Aggregates, near Welton le Marsh on Monday, 11 November 2024, which led to the death of a 38 year-old man.

Mr Garfoot is due to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on 12 August 2026.
