A man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of affray, after a welfare-related incident on Parthian Avenue, Wyberton, Boston, yesterday (26th January.)

The event led to the cordoning off of the surrounding area, causing disruption to local access routes near Wyberton Primary School and St Leodegar’s Church. Residents in the vicinity of 100–140 Parthian Avenue were temporarily evacuated, with police assisting where safety allowed.

Drivers were urged to park considerately and avoid the area, due to increased congestion while emergency services responded to the incident.
