A man has died following a single vehicle collision near Friskney.

Emergency services were called out to Fen Bank (also known as Fodder Dike Bank) just after 7.16pm on Monday 16th February.

They received reports of a collision involving a black Vauxhall Insignia.

The family of the 36-year-old driver who died have been made aware.

Officers are now appealing for information.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said, "We would like to speak to anyone who may have either witnessed the collision or may have captured dashcam footage of the collision. We would like to hear from you if you saw the Vauxhall driving along Fen Bank before 7.15pm.

"If you have information but have yet to be in touch, please contact our Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) by emailing [email protected] or calling 01522 212316.

"Please quote incident 443 of 16 February in the subject line."
