Man named as cyclist who died in Grimsby collision

A man who died following a collision between his bicycle and car in Grimsby has been named by his family as 40-year-old Adam Bee.

Officers say they were called at around 3.55am on 12th March to reports that a red Toyota Prius and a black Cube pedal cycle had collided.

The collision happened on Eleanor Street at the junction with Hainton Avenue.

Adam, who was cycling, died in hospital from his injuries.

His family are being supported by specially trained officers and have asked for privacy at this time.

Officers are continuing to appealing for witnesses or anyone with any dashcam or CCTV footage to call 101 quoting log 49 of 12 March 2026.
