A Preston man has been jailed after breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO), preventing him from entering parts of Preston City Centre.

Michael Moran was handed the CBO in 2024, after theft and knife crime offences. It means he is not allowed to enter the Fishergate, Church Street and Friargate areas of Preston.

Moran, 47, of Derby Road, Longridge appeared before Preston Magistrates Court on Monday 6th October, where he pleaded guilty to breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order and was jailed for 8 weeks.
