Lancashire Police have charged a man following a serious collision on the M6 last month.

The driver, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.
Following enquiries, Alex Greenhalgh, 33, of Gorton Fold, Horwich, has been charged with dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, and driving without insurance.
Greenhalgh was remanded into custody on Friday and appeared at Lancashire Magistrates’ Court yesterday morning (8 November).
Police thanked the public for any information provided and continue to urge witnesses to come forward if they have not already done so.
