Connor Parfitt, 24, from Blackpool, and his work friend Simon were last seen on Tuesday evening near the beach close to Hafan-y-Mor Holiday Park, near Pwllheli on the Llŷn Peninsula.

Connor had travelled to the area around three weeks ago to start a job at the Haven caravan site.

His brother, Aaron, says the family last heard from Connor at around 6.30pm on Tuesday, and have had no contact from him since.

The pair are believed to have gone out kayaking with inflatable kayaks.

Searches have been taking place for two days, with police supported by Coastguard teams, the RNLI, helicopters, drones and planes.

Connor’s brother Aaron said the family are facing “so many questions and no answers”, adding that they are not in a position to speak publicly at the moment, but want the appeal shared as widely as possible.

Anyone who may have seen Connor or Simon, or who has any information about their whereabouts, is urged to contact police immediately.
