Fire crews extinguish commercial building blaze in Ashton-on-Ribble
Three engines responded to early morning fire on Raglan Street

Firefighters tackled a commercial building fire on Raglan Street in Ashton-on-Ribble in the early hours of 31st August 2026.
Crews from Preston and Penwortham arrived at the scene at 1:48am, utilising breathing apparatus and two hose reels to bring the blaze under control.
The fire engines remained in attendance for around 50 minutes as efforts were made to extinguish the flames.
