Ramsgate man charged with murder of 13-week-old baby who died in 2022
The 24 year old is due to appear at Medway Magistrates Court later
A 24-year-old man from Ramsgate will appear in court accused of murdering a baby boy four years ago.
Tyla Wharmby, of Prestedge Avenue, was charged with murder and causing grievous bodily harm with intent as part of a Kent Police investigation into the death on Monday.
The force said emergency services were called to an injured 13-week-old boy in Queen Street on July 15 2022.
The baby was taken to hospital and died later that day.
Wharmby will appear at Medway Magistrates' Court later.
