Pedestrian seriously injured after being hit by car in Tonbridge

Police are now appealing for dash-cam footage

Police in Tonbridge are appealing for dashcam footage after a collision that left a pedestrian in hospital with serious injuries.

It happened on Tuesday the 9th of September on Quarry Hill Road when a black Mercedes C180 collided with a male pedestrian just before 9 o'clock at night.

Officers attended the scene where the pedestrian was taken to hospital for treatment for serious injuries. He has since been discharged.

A man in his 70s, who was arrested, has since been released on bail as enquiries continue.
