A man's in a serious but stable condition after being stabbed in Maidstone.

The incident happened at 4.39am on Sunday morning (28th June), between the junctions with Mill Street and Fairmeadow.

Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene, where they provided medical assistance to a man in his 30s who had injuries consistent with stab wounds.

He was taken to a hospital in London and is currently in a serious but stable condition.

A second man in his 20s sustained a cut to his arm and received treatment at a local hospital.

Investigation Underway

The altercation reportedly involved a group of people, and police are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

CCTV images of three men who may be able to helpt with enquiries have been released, despite the images being blurred.

Authorities are hopeful someone will recognise the individuals and come forward.

Police urge witnesses who have not yet spoken to them to get in touch.

Motorists with dashcam footage and residents or business owners with private CCTV are encouraged to check for any relevant footage.
