A business from Kent has told us the hot weather can make a massive difference to their profits.

It follows on from the weekend, which saw temperatures rise to 31 degrees in parts of the county.

While it is a bit cooler this week - you'll still need your shorts - as everyday is expected to be around 24 degrees.

Dylan Hewitt works for Canterbury Historic River Tours and he believes the heat is so important for business, he said: "At peak time, we can do over 400 customers a day."

But, he says if it is too hot for too long - there are consequences.

"What happens is, the canal starts drying up!"

He says highs of 25 to 27 degrees are the perfect conditions to get in a boat and enjoy a cruise.
