Man arrested on suspicion of murder after death of man in Worcester
Emergency services were called to an address in Wyld's Lane on Tuesday night and found a man with life threatening injuries
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in Worcester.
On 1st September, police were called to an address on Wylds Lane shortly after 9pm after reports of a man with life-threatening injuries.
The injured man, believed to be 42-year-old Damian Buczek, was taken to hospital, where he died despite medical staff's efforts.
Now, on 3rd September, officers have arrested a 46-year-old in relation to Damian's death.
The suspect remains in custody as police enquiries continue.
Police Appeal for Information
Detective Chief Inspector Gareth Lougher expressed understanding of the community’s concerns and urged anyone with relevant information to assist the investigation.
"We would like to hear from anyone who saw Damian between 31st August and 1st September,” he said.
“If you were in the Wylds Lane area during this period and have CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage, please review it and contact police if you have anything that could be useful."
Earlier, officers released an image of Damian to assist in piecing together his movements before his death.
