Malvern man charged with causing death by dangerous driving
Jake Quinn, 37, is also facing drug driving charges
A man from Malvern has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after an incident in January.
Jake Quinn, 37, of Jamaica Road, has also been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and causing death by due care and fail to provide a specimen in relation to the incident on 8 January (2026).
He appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Saturday 6 June where he was given an interim disqualification from driving and remanded in custody to appear before Worcester Crown Court on Monday 6 July.
Quinn is also facing three charges of drug driving relating to incidents in March and May this year.
