Kidderminster man charged with multiple drugs and weapons offences

A Kidderminster man has been charged with drugs and weapons offences.

Kurt Lock, 38, of Stourport Road, Kidderminster, was arrested on Thursday 14 May and appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Friday 15 May charged with the following:

Being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a class B drug.

Possession with intent to supply a class B – cannabis.

Possession of a class C drug - nitrous oxide.

Possession of a class C drug – Zopiclone.

Two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a private place.

Possession of a firearm during a five-year period following a suspended sentence of three months or more being passed.

Lock was released on bail to appear before Worcester Crown Court on Friday 12 June.
