A 30-year-old man has been convicted of sexually assaulting a woman at an address in Moreton-in-Marsh after pretending he had a parcel for her.

Kane Landell, from Chadwick Avenue, Birmingham, as in a white delivery van when he saw a woman pull up in her car outside an address.

The approached the victim claiming he had a parcel for delivery at the address and asked her if she lived alone.

The court heard how Landell then followed the woman into her home uninvited, placed a parcel on the table, and asked to use the bathroom.

The woman later noticed the parcel lacked a name or address.

Landell then excited the bathroom and was seen to have an erection, and the woman told him he needed to leave the address.

He then approached her and pressed his erect penis against her hip, and she again told him to get out of the address.

The woman filmed Landell, who got back into in his van, colliding with bushes and a wall while attempting to reverse up a narrow lane.
